HVAC Service Technician Needed

Minimum Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of residential HVAC experience
* Valid EPA Certification
* Current Texas TDLR Registered or Certified Technician License
* Experience servicing, diagnosing, and repairing residential HVAC systems
* Experience installing complete HVAC systems, including condensers, furnaces, air handlers, evaporator coils, and duct modifications
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems
* Perform quality HVAC installations according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
* Complete maintenance and tune-ups
* Communicate repair options and recommendations with customers professionally
* Keep accurate service records and job documentation
* Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area
* Provide exceptional customer service on every call
