It is hard to see but that how glycol concentration is checked. If your chiller uses glycol, its concentration must be checked at least during every maintenance. Because every chiller has liquid type for which it was designed and if glycol is leaking it can lead to very bad things

Condencer coil cracked and unit was leaking.
An interesting case because after new coil was delivered on site, connection on the new coil was severely damaged. It was necessary to braze aluminum to copper with special rods and only then perform routine work.

Proper handling of the unit is vital. In this case, delivering company picked up the unit incorrectly and hit part of it. (Warehouse workers said that unit was dragged!).
After such handling, there is a very high possibility that unit got some damage and its performance will be affected. It is possible that part of the structure got internal damage that will reveal itself later.
Visible damage was painted and bended parts were restored
