Great meeting today with my marketing manager to fine-tune the systems that keep us moving forward.
Having a solid team and the right processes in place is the only way to truly maximize your services and maintain quality as you grow.
If you’re the only engine, there’s a limit to how far you can go. But even as the business evolves, the most important system is staying curious—never lose that hunger to learn and adapt.

They say when one door closes, another one opens—but sometimes you have to be the one to close it. I realized I couldn’t grow in a space where my experiences weren’t understood and the “team” didn’t feel like home. I lost the motivation to build someone else’s dream, so I decided it was time to build my own. Doing it my way from here on out. 🚀⚒️
