After Hurricane Helene caused severe flooding and damage at Gardens of Beacon Square in New Port Richey, FL, Claremont Property Company stepped in to help restore the community.

From reconstruction and exterior doors to flooring, painting, kitchens, bathrooms, electrical upgrades, and more, our team helped bring 211 units back to safe, functional living conditions.

More than a construction project. It was about rebuilding after the storm and helping a community move forward.
