As history has been told, Today is Happy Labor Day! Late 19th century, the American landscape experienced great growth. On September 5, 1882, in New York City, a group in the Central Labor Union celebrated the first Labor Day. The movement became established in 1894. After marches and rallies of workers united to call for Justice and Reform. After years of perseverance and struggle, Congress officially established Labor Day as a national holiday, proclaiming the first Monday in September as a day to honor the American worker. Labor Day is a powerful reminder of the people's strength, resilience, and unity that have shaped our communities and our nation. With that being said, I want to share this beautiful moment with all the amazing, hard-working people. Whether we are gathered, sharing laughter in our backyards, enjoying the parades and picnics, or simply taking in the joy of a well-earned day of rest. It is an invitation to come together, to celebrate with those we love, and to recognize the power of unity.
On this Labor Day, let us take a step back and acknowledge all those who have paved the way. The activists who marched for fair working conditions, the visionaries who reimagined industries, and the everyday heroes whose dedication is the heartbeat of our society. Their legacy is woven into the story of Labor Day—and into the promise of a brighter, fairer future for all.
• Thank you to the workers who build, heal, teach, and serve.
• Thank you to the leaders who champion safe and equitable workplaces.
• Thank you to the communities that support one another and lift each other.
Last but not least, obviously, let’s make sure to send our love and highest recognition to “God” for never having a day off and sacrifices, and leading us to our greatest strength and achievements. So today I want to share some of the most closet devoted people in our lives. If you would like to donate, please use the links below. https://youtu.be/uMGq9BRJ524?si=ATvdIMAL532ZgsTo
