When the Storm Rolls In, Colwell Keeps You Powered Up. ⚡️ 🤠

We asked the Colwell team one simple question: “What motivates you to come to work every day?”

The answers? Dogs. Significant others. Money. Sons/daughters. Golf clubs. Cars. ADHD. Coworkers. 😂

Different motivations, same team showing up and getting it done every day.

Whatever gets you out of bed in the morning… we support it. 😎

🎯 Taking our best shot!

The team had a great time at the Texas Association of Healthcare Facilities Management (TAHFM) Whack ’Em & Stack ’Em Sporting Clays Tournament this week. Nothing beats getting out of the office for a little friendly competition, great conversations, and time with others in the industry.

Thanks to TAHFM for putting on such a fun event we’re already looking forward to the next one!

Our HR Manager, LeAnna, spent Tuesday, September 29th, continuing to learn and stay ahead of the conversations shaping today’s workplace!

She attended : Free Speech, Politics and Social Media in the Workplace, presented by Aaron Holt, Attorney at Cozen O’Connor.

As the workplace continues to evolve, so do the challenges surrounding social media, free speech, and political conversations. We’re proud to invest in opportunities that help our team stay informed and continue building a strong workplace culture at Colwell Electric.

How do we say “good morning” at Colwell?😎

Apparently, it sounds a lot like cracking open an energy drink and saying cheers.

Friday was all about safety, learning, and celebrating our people. 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

Our team gathered at Lonestar Electric Supply for our latest safety meeting and a special one as it marked Shelby Pennington’s first safety meeting with Colwell as our new Safety & Compliance Manager!

We also had the opportunity to hear from DEWALT about their latest tool offerings, recognize several team members celebrating their Colwell work anniversaries, and spend some time together as a team.

A huge thank you to Lonestar Electric Supply for opening up their space and hosting us, and to DEWALT for taking the time to share their expertise with our crew.

Safety is always the priority, but recognizing the people who continue to build Colwell is just as important. Here’s to continuing to learn, improve, and empower people. ⚡️
