A new transformation is underway in East Shore.

We’re kicking off another full-home renovation in this special corner of The Woodlands. Right now, we’re in full demo mode, so we’re keeping the inside under wraps just a little longer.

Having completed several homes in East Shore, we know what makes these properties so special, and we’re excited to take you along as this one moves from demolition through construction and, eventually, the finished spaces.

This is what evenings at the lake are supposed to look like.

Dinner outside while the sun goes down. Doors open between the house and patio. A fire going when the temperature drops. Friends staying later than anyone planned.

For this Lake Conroe home, the exterior spaces were built to be lived in just as fully as the rooms inside, with covered areas for gathering and quieter corners when the evening calls for something a little slower.

A long soak with the morning light coming through the windows, plenty of room to get ready without competing for counter space and a shower designed with the same attention as the rest of the room.

Designed around the lake, this Aria Isle home is taking shape with indoor-outdoor entertaining at the center of the plans. Expansive veranda spaces will create a natural flow from the interiors to the lake views beyond.

Now in the framing stage, we’re beginning to see the scale and layout of the home come together, with plenty still ahead. A dedicated w**e room, freestanding staircase and more standout details will be coming to life as construction continues.

This is our third custom home in Aria Isle, and it’s going to be a fun one to follow. Stay tuned as we continue building in The Woodlands.

One of our favorite parts of building is reaching the stage when a client can finally stand inside a room they have only seen on paper.

At this Aria Isle home, the primary suite is beginning to tell the story. The vaulted ceiling and beams establish the scale, the fireplace is taking shape and the windows already give a sense of what mornings here will eventually look like.

There is still plenty of work ahead, but the home they imagined is becoming very real.

This custom home in Stallion Lakes was designed with entertaining in mind, with spaces that make it easy to host year-round. Dinner around the table can turn into drinks at the bar, movie night upstairs, or an evening outside by the fire and pool.

The kitchen tends to collect everyone, whether you planned on entertaining or not.

Coffee at the island before the day starts. Someone cooking while everyone else inevitably gathers nearby. A few extra chairs pulled up when dinner turns into an evening with friends.

This Lake Conroe kitchen was built for all of it, with generous work surfaces, integrated cabinetry and an open connection to the rest of the home.

A beautiful project and one we were proud to build alongside this team.

This is what building something bigger than a home looks like.

For years, Marble Creek was a vision in the making. Today, its first home stands as the beginning of a community that will eventually welcome 200 families.

We’re incredibly grateful to partner with Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County and Laura Powers Property Group on a project that allows us to use what we know and love to serve the community that has given so much to us.

Most importantly, we’re honored to celebrate Elizabeth and her son as they begin this next chapter in a place they can call home. This is only the beginning for Marble Creek, and we’re proud to be a small part of it.
