Spec house, zero spec energy.
Every choice in here was made like someone was actually going to live in it. Two-story kitchen with cabinetry that goes all the way up, because ceilings that tall deserve better than a soffit. A wine wall with brass racking and a narrow diamond. Anyone who knows me knows I think wine rooms are a bit too in your face but lights out and this one is not visible. Powder bath in striped marble because why would we not? Special kids tile, well because they live here too and you have one childhood and one set of memories and it better not be ugly. A pantry with its own vibe entry and its own opinion.
Style it though. Because it deserves it. Warm woods, honest stone, brass that’ll patina. Nothing here is placeholder. Nothing here is “good enough for a buyer.”
It’s built for a family that hosts. That cooks. That leaves the good glasses out.
