Big things continue to take shape in Texas. ⚡️

Recently, another one of our Texas project teams gathered in Chattanooga for an internal kickoff as preparations ramp up for an upcoming 150+ MW project.

Bringing together project leadership, field teams, and executive leadership, the kickoff focused on aligning priorities before construction mobilization begins. Conversations centered around project scope, ex*****on strategy, schedule milestones, and safety expectations, helping ensure every team is prepared for the work ahead.

Before boots hit the ground, success starts with planning, collaboration, and a shared commitment to building the right way. We are looking forward to seeing this project move from preparation into action. 👷‍♂️☀️
