Tiny leaks. BIG mess.

Those little sprays of water are pinhole leaks we found above a storage tank in a commercial building. And, once again, our plumbers had plenty of room to work... just kidding. 😅

It was another VERY tight space, but our team was able to get in, locate the leaks and make the necessary repairs.

Small leaks don’t always mean small problems. Catching and repairing them early can help prevent water damage and much bigger repairs down the road.

Out with the old, in with the new. 🔧

Behind this tub was old galvanized piping that had seen better days. We replaced it with PEX, but there was one catch: not much room to work.

Our team was able to make the new connections in the tight space, but when it comes to plumbing, being able to reach it isn’t enough. We want to know it’s right.

Before closing things up, we used a small inspection camera to get a clear look at those hard-to-see connections and make sure everything was secure and leak-free.

Sometimes the best plumbing work is the part you’ll never see. 😉

A piece of Arrow Plumbing history. 🗂️

Our first client filing system was started in January 1977 by Eloise Barnes, Bruce’s Mom and Arrow’s first officially paid employee. Long before computers and cloud storage, every customer record was carefully organized by hand and stored in these cabinets.

These well-worn cards represent decades of serving Houston-area families, one customer and one carefully recorded service call at a time. Nearly 50 years later, the antique cabinets remain a special reminder of Arrow’s deep Houston roots and the dedicated people who helped build the company we are today.
