Investing in our community is a top priority at Pillar Plumbing. Most recently we were proud sponsors of The Village Centers casino night. We also happily sponsor sports teams, ministries, other non profits, community projects and fundraisers designed to benefit those in need. We are happy and so proud to be a part of the HKA community and strive to better the people and places that have always done so well at caring for us and our small business.

Jonathan P went far and beyond the call of duty to help my mother with her kitchen sink disposal issue. She couldn't stop raving about him. Jonathan P made her feel so comfortable, and she understood everything that he tried to explain to her.

A customer just sent me this text and gave mee permission to share it!

I just had Pillar Plumbing come out to my home to assess/fix a leak in the primary master bathroom. Tim came out the same day, and since I was away, he texted me pictures of his process and had it identified and fixed within the hour. He stayed to test the rest of the home to be sure it wasn't further damaged in other areas. I was so impressed with him and his excellent and thorough work that Pillar Plumbing will now be my new "go-to" for plumbing issues from now on! I like a smaller family-owned business where you get special treatment. I don't usually post anything, but in this case, I thought other folks should know and benefit from my experience. As the owner of Pillar Plumbing, I often get compliments on our cleanliness. People appreciate when we come into their home, that we treat it like our own. We don’t wear shoes in our homes, so why would we in yours (for safety reasons we address this by wearing shoe covers, but you understand what I mean.) When we make a necessary repair that leaves debris, we do our best to clean it up. Today, I was reminded of this as I watched one of our technicians interact with a client. You see in the text thread where he asks the client for a vacuum to clean up the remnants of work he had done on their water heater. How many companies do you know that do this? I know it isn’t common, but with Pillar Plumbing, you can count on it. We respect that you are allowing us into your home, and we strive to always leave it as we found it.

We want you to walk away from your experience with us just like Lou did, with a sense that something memorable and unique just happened. At Pillar Plumbing we never want you to feel like we have somewhere else more important to be, instead we strive to make you feel as though you are the most important call of the day, better yet, of the year. Because the truth of the matter is, that every customer IS just that important, every customer deserves that level of professionalism, dignity and to feel like their technician has all the time in the world. A customer just sent me this picture of Kyle, one of our technicians. It really spoke to me because with conditions such as they are, a lot of plumbers would reschedule, leaving their customers in a lurch. Pillar Plumbing will never do that, we show up, rain or shine, and give our customers the care that they deserve. Great job Kyle, your customers see you and appreciate you!!
