Weā€™ve been working hard behind the scenes, and Iā€™m excited to finally start sharing a few sneak peeks from our upcoming Ingenious Living Stock Plan Catalog.

Weā€™re rolling out a growing collection of thoughtfully designed, ready-to-build home plans created with investors, developers, builders, and future homeowners in mind.

The goal is simple: save time, reduce design costs, and make it easier to get your next project moving.

Our catalog will include a variety of plans for development projects, investment properties, starter homes, and more, with options to make modifications and revisions when needed.

This has been a lot of work in the making, and Iā€™m excited about what weā€™re getting ready to release.
