MEET SHAILA RANDOLPH

We’re excited to welcome Shaila Randolph to Harden Enterprise Services as our new Executive Assistant.

Shaila joins HES at an important time as our team continues to grow. Her role will help strengthen communication, organization, and coordination across the company, while supporting the people and projects that keep our operation moving.

One of the strengths Shaila brings to the team is her ability to communicate in both English and Spanish, helping us better connect with our Spanish-speaking contractors and partners.

This onboarding is just the beginning, and we’re glad to have her as part of the HES team.

Welcome to Harden Enterprise Services, Shaila.

Some of the best proof of a job well done is seeing the work from start to finish.

This project called for experienced tree work, careful ex*****on, and a team prepared to handle what came down once the cutting began.

From the work in the trees to clearing the property afterward, the H.E. Tree & Debris Management Team stayed focused on completing the job efficiently and keeping the customer informed along the way.

At the end of the project, Peter Boettcher shared that he was 100% satisfied with the price, communication, and how quickly the work was completed. We appreciate his trust in our team and his 5-star Google review.

Take a look at the work from the job-site through completion.

Need help with tree or debris management on your property? Contact HES to learn more about our services.

Not every project update is the one a customer wants to hear. But that doesn’t make it one they should have to wait for.

When an unexpected condition changes the conversation, the customer deserves to know what was found, what it could mean for the project, and what needs to happen next.

Avoiding a difficult conversation doesn’t make the issue disappear. Clear communication gives everyone a chance to make the next decision with the same information.

Keeping a project moving doesn’t always mean continuing the work.

When something unexpected is discovered, the right next step may be to stop long enough to understand what you’re looking at. That gives the team time to assess the condition, communicate what was found, and decide how to move forward.

A pause isn’t always a delay. Sometimes, it’s part of doing the job right.

The original plan is based on what we know at the beginning. What we discover along the way can change it.

When an unexpected condition is uncovered, documenting it creates a clear record of what was found and why the next decision may need to be different. It’s not about taking pictures just to have them. It’s about making sure there’s a record behind the reason the project changed.

There’s a moment when planning turns into action.

The questions have been asked. The details have been worked through. The team knows what needs to happen next. That preparation may not look like progress from the outside, but it’s what allows the work to move forward with purpose.

At H.E. Disaster Restoration, we don’t separate getting ready from getting the job done.

Ready is part of the work.

A small stain. A soft spot. A crack that wasn’t there before. It may be minor, but sometimes what you can see is only the first sign that something needs attention.

That doesn’t mean every small issue is a major repair. It means it’s worth understanding what caused it before deciding it’s nothing to worry about.

At H.E. Disaster Restoration, we believe paying attention early can lead to better decisions later. Small signs deserve attention.

Demolition can look like the part where everything gets torn apart. But sometimes, it’s the first time you can actually see what you’re dealing with.

Once walls, flooring, or damaged materials are removed, conditions that were hidden become visible. Previous repairs, deterioration, moisture, or damage can tell us more about what the project actually needs.

At H.E. Disaster Restoration, demolition isn’t only about what comes out. It’s about what we learn once it does.
