Hundreds of chickens! Haha jk but there was at least 70! Poor customer had chickens wondering the yard even after she had built a fence! She was done! Grandbaby couldn’t go in the yard freely. She asked if I knew any others who could build a fence. I told her I could do it! I have a pretty wide variety of skills. I added the two gates and put the whole thing in! No more chickens running freely now!

This awesome customer had an older patio cover that she wanted to remove. Other contractors failed to do it, I originally told her no. I came by a couple days later and cut it off the house. I created a design of what she wanted to do, and built it.

Check it out! Drywall is hung for the new walls and cabinets, we just have a few more things to add to finish off the cabinets here and it’s countertop time!

Check out the major difference it made in this space to simply build out this wall before cabinets. As you can see, no more pipes to worry about! Yay!

Cabinetry looking great! We got a few of our upper cabinets installed, we got the new wall added, as you can see it will completely eliminate the need for cutting holes in the new countertops and cabinets!

Can’t wait to put the flooring in and really transform this whole space!

Things are coming back together now as you can see! We are moving right along on this one. Can’t wait to finish up drywall, do all new baseboards and trim and paint!

We are so excited to get into the bathroom and kitchen on this fun project! We will be moving onto the kitchen after drywall is finished up and painted, we will be putting in all new floors, then it’s bathroom time and it’s ready to rent!
