Festino Kitchen Remodel | Alabaster, AL

This family spends a lot of time in the kitchen—and when family comes over, it’s where everyone gathers. So we gave them more room to do exactly that.

We removed the wall between the existing kitchen and dining room, completely demoed the old kitchen, and reworked the plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to create one large, open space centered around an oversized natural wood island.

Custom cabinetry throughout • Natural stone countertops • Gas cooktop & vented range hood • Vertical transom windows • Stainless appliances • Custom magnetic wood knife holder • Designer pendants & fixtures

A complete transformation designed around cooking, entertaining, and bringing family together.

Vestavia Hills Primary Suite Transformation

Project Overview

This Vestavia Hills home featured an oversized living room that offered an opportunity to create additional functional living space without constructing an addition. SouthFace Renovations and Construction transformed a portion of the existing living room into an entirely new primary suite, while maintaining a spacious living area and preserving the original character of the home.

The completed primary suite includes a bedroom, full bathroom, and custom walk-in closet, giving the homeowners a private and functional retreat within the home’s existing footprint.
