Another retaining wall project in the books! 💪

We tore out the existing wall that was getting pushed out and replaced it with a new, more modern, appealing retaining wall. We also added proper drainage behind the wall to help keep water from building up and pushing the wall outward again.

A much better look and a long-term solution!

Another project wrapped up!

We demoed an old concrete pad that had settled and sunk over the years and replaced it with a new, bigger set of concrete steps.

The new steps give the customer much easier and safer access in and out of the house, while giving the whole area a fresh new look.

Made a trip down to the Lake of the Ozarks to help fix a county road drainage issue.

The road was badly rutted from rainwater and had no ditch to carry the water away. We cut in a ditch about 1 ft deep and 135 ft long using the breaker, then brought in over 32 tons of base rock and compacted it.

We also sloped the road correctly so the water runs off into the new ditch instead of washing down the road.

Got the drainage fixed up and the road back in good shape! 💪

Another new construction project wrapped up!

We installed underground downspouts to get the water away from the house, along with getting the yard prepped and ready for sod.

From Overgrown to Walkable! 🌿

This lake was completely overgrown, but the customer wanted to be able to walk all the way around it and enjoy the property again.

We came in and mulched down the thick brush, cleared the shoreline, and opened the whole area up. What a difference!

You don’t want to miss this one!

Another awesome project wrapped up last week! 🔥

We had the pleasure of transforming this backyard with a beautiful charcoal-colored stamped concrete patio, complete with a nice accented retaining wall and a built-in fireplace. Now our customer has the perfect foundation to add a gazebo and create an amazing outdoor entertaining space for family and friends.

Projects like this take teamwork, and we couldn’t have done it without some great help! A huge thank you to Grant with Kempker Landscaping & Lawn Care and Ashton with 5C Land & Excavation for lending a hand with laying down the mud and stamping the concrete. We truly appreciate working alongside other hardworking local businesses to bring our customers’ visions to life.

Another happy repeat customer! 🙌

We’re always grateful when customers trust Hohm Property Solutions to come back for another project. This time, we removed their old, uneven step and replaced it with a brand-new, level concrete step, making it safer, cleaner, and much more functional for accessing their backyard.

The weather definitely tried to slow us down, we had to cover up from the rain to get it done, but we made it happen! 🌧️☀️

Another project in the books! 💪

Hohm Property Solutions had the opportunity to help out Kempker landscaping and lawn care on this awesome backyard transformation! We took care of all the excavation and digging for this pool. Once the site was prepped and ready, they came in and did a killer job setting the block and bringing the project to life!
