Just wrapped up another exterior transformation! This project included:

✅ New vinyl siding installation
✅ Vinyl soffit replacement for proper attic ventilation
✅ Fascia flashing to fully cover and protect the exposed wood fascia

Previously, the wood fascia was exposed to the elements — sun, rain, and moisture were slowly breaking it down. By wrapping it in durable flashing, we’ve sealed out water intrusion for good.

Beat the storm on this one! 🌧️

Just wrapped up a full shingle roof replacement, pulled off the old roof and found 8 sheets of plywood that needed to go and got the new roof watertight just hours before the rain rolled in.

That’s the difference experience makes. We don’t just slap shingles down and hope for the best — we check the deck, fix what’s underneath, and make sure it’s done right.

This has to be the worst homeowner roof repairs Iv seen so far. Large patch of roofing tar over damaged shingles thinking it’ll hold. It won’t. What’s underneath is still failing and now damaging drywall.
