CJs Outdoor Experts is looking for 2 dependable Snow Tech/Sidewalk Crew

LOCAL; ON-CALL; PART-TIME; OVERNIGHT ROLE
(Holly, Fenton, Burton, Waterford, Highland, White Lake)

Snow Tech/Sidewalk crew will be responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal. Shifts are on-call and range from 6 to 12 hours and are often overnight depending on the storm event. May require longer hours for larger storms. The season starts on the first snowfall.

You’d be responsible for:
• Responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal, including operating ATV plows, snow blowers, snow shovels and salt spreaders.
• Work with Sidewalk-Crew Leaders as a team to efficiently and safely complete each assignment
• Maintaining a working smart phone to receive text and phone calls with a work schedule. (i.e.) work starts at 8 pm, please report to the shop.
You might be a good fit if you have:
• 18 years of age or older
• Work well under pressure while observing safety guidelines with minimal supervision
• Have a smart phone (to download and use our attendance/ job tracker App) this is how you get paid 😊.
• Have some kind of money app to receive payment.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license & dependable transportation
• You must attend and pass training and a background check
• Able to lawfully work in the USA
