We are very pleased with the way the elegant, green quartzite hood surround beautifully compliments this custom home’s luxury aesthetic.

Because quartzite is an extremely dense and hard stone—100% natural metaphoric rock—we made sure that the installation process required professional, structural support to effectively transport and secure the quartzite slabs. The result is a seamless focal point that elevates this home’s kitchen.

What’s the definition of a floating staircase?
Ready to take it to the next level?

Unlike a regular staircase with vertical riser boards and a supporting wall, this floating staircase is completely suspended on all sides.

With precise engineering and construction, we uniquely installed this floating staircase, eliminating the posts or walls that would otherwise have anchored the staircase to the wall in a traditional floating staircase.

To achieve this custom look, we fabricated the stringers and landings together to support each other, which allowed us to completely suspend the staircase and anchor only the landings to the wall.

This staircase has an open feel, is fully suspended, AND is completely “floating”, defying gravity on all sides while still ensuring safety.

Beauty forged in iron, installed to perfection.

Our client expressed their desire for doors in their kitchen, so we worked together to create iron doors that are both original and functional in their design.

To achieve this clean contemporary look, we decided to install the iron doors in the middle of the frame rather than off to one side; this allowed for a symmetrical, centered seam on both sides of the door.

However, due to the nature of the curvature of the door, we modified the installation to prevent the door from binding on top.

We creatively fabricated a custom-built casing to surround the entire frame of the door, which provided a solution and allowed us to move forward with this sleek and classy look.

That’s why we worked with this home owner to install an underground, maintenance-free, modern heating system with efficient Hydronic PEX tubing to keep their garage space warm and comfortable.

Radiant garage floor heating provides consistent, ground-up heating with smarter energy use; its luxury warming system allows for an enjoyable and productive garage space environment during the cold winter months.
