🔨 From a Small Subfloor Problem to a Complete Kitchen Transformation!

This project started with a subfloor issue in the half bath. Once we opened up the floor, we discovered the problem extended through the entryway, kitchen, and dining area. We removed all of the damaged subfloor, replaced it, and finished the entire area with new tile.

While we were there, we also removed the popcorn ceilings throughout the first level and gave the space a fresh, updated look.

The kitchen got a major transformation as well. We carefully removed the existing bottom cabinets and were able to save and refinish them, they look brand new! We added soft-close hinges, new hardware, a beautiful quartz countertop, and a new backsplash to complete the design.

Another beautiful transformation as part of a much larger remodeling project!

We converted an outdated tub into a custom walk-in shower, creating a more open, functional, and modern space. From the layout and prep work to the finishing details, every piece was completed with the overall design of the home in mind.

There's nothing better than transforming everyday spaces into beautiful, functional solutions!

For this project, we designed and installed two custom closets—one dedicated to organized clothing storage and another custom linen closet to maximize space and keep everything neatly within reach.

We also built a custom under-counter microwave cabinet complete with matching drawer, creating a seamless look while adding extra storage and convenience to the kitchen.

Every cabinet, shelf, and drawer was handcrafted to fit our client's needs, style, and space perfectly. The finished result is clean, organized, and built to last.

Another custom project completed, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

This beautiful 13-foot custom dry bar was designed and built to our client's exact vision for their stunning new beach home. From the custom cabinetry to the elegant quartz countertop, every detail was carefully crafted. We also installed a wine fridge and finished the space with a handcrafted glass tile backsplash, created to the homeowner's exact specifications.

The finished result is both functional and beautiful, a perfect space for entertaining family and friends while complementing the home's coastal style.

Another beautiful kitchen transformation completed by P&J Coastal Home Solutions! 🔨✨

Our client wanted to completely redesign her kitchen to create more cabinet space, better functionality, and a fresh custom look that reflected her personal style. Her favorite color combination was green and white, so we designed and installed custom-built cabinetry to bring her vision to life beautifully.

To maximize space and improve the layout, we relocated the refrigerator to the opposite side of the kitchen and added a large floor-to-ceiling pantry cabinet for extra storage. We also updated the kitchen with a brand-new tile backsplash for a clean modern finish.

The island received a major upgrade as well! We removed the raised countertop, redesigned it into a flat extended surface for more seating and workspace, and finished the front with stylish shiplap detailing.

For cooking functionality, the original stove was replaced with a separate cooktop and built-in oven setup to create a more custom luxury feel. To brighten the entire kitchen area, we also replaced the old flood lights with new LED lighting.

✨ Bathroom Refresh + Condo Upgrade ✨
This small portion of a full condo remodel made a big difference! We removed the original single vanity and upgraded to a double sink for better function and space. The outdated wallpaper is gone, the shower was expanded and modernized, and we installed top-of-the-line LVP flooring throughout the condo in a lighter tone to brighten everything up.
Simple changes, but a huge transformation that makes the space feel fresh, open, and updated. 🛁✨
