D & B BULKHEADS – FOREMAN POSITION (OUTER BANKS)
We are a busy marine construction company hiring a working foreman to run bulkhead, dock, and marine construction projects in the Outer Banks and surrounding areas.
This is a long-term leadership position with year-round work.
Responsibilities:
• Run 2–5 man crew daily
• Read plans and lay out projects
• Manage materials and job flow
• Operate equipment (skid steer, mini ex, etc.)
• Communicate with owner and customers
• Ensure jobs stay on schedule
Requirements:
• Marine or heavy construction experience
• Leadership experience running crews
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in marine environments
Compensation:
• Based on experience OR salary option
• Company truck (after probation)
• Paid time off
• Bonuses available
