Our summer kick off BBQ! Celebrating a year with Catherine as our partner and CEO. Special thank you to Heather for organizing, and all the people who helped!!! Over the last few years, there have been a ton of changes around here. We truly believe every single one of those changes has positioned us for something bigger and better. This company’s success isn’t built by one person or a few people in leadership — it’s built by every estimator, every painter, every project manager, every super, every foreman, every office team member, and every person who shows up every day ready to work hard and take pride in what we do.
So today is really about appreciation. We’re grateful for all of you, for your commitment, and for everything you’ve done to help us get to this point.
