One wallcovering failure more than a decade ago is the only reason this private dining room project at Westfield Century City for our partners at Din Tai Fung went as smoothly as it did.

I learned the hard way about off‑gassing and wallcovering prep - nothing like working nights to fix a mistake that should’ve never happened.

Moments like those shape us.
How we respond & what we take away.
Each failure gives more growth than any easy win ever could.

And for anyone curious: prime coats need a full 72-hours before you cover them. The rule exists for a reason.
