✨ A custom coffee hutch designed specifically for the space
✨ New tile flooring and backsplash in the guest bathroom

This home is almost finished, and we cannot wait to share the final results! 👏

Construction isn't getting cheaper.
A lot of homeowners are waiting for prices to come down before starting a remodel, addition, or new project. The reality? Several factors are pushing costs in the opposite direction.
📈 Material Costs
Building materials are up roughly 38% since 2020.
👷 Labor Shortages
The construction industry needs hundreds of thousands of additional workers, and many experienced tradespeople are nearing retirement. Finding skilled labor is becoming more difficult every year.
🌎 Tariffs & Supply Chains
Global supply chain disruptions and tariffs continue to impact the cost and availability of many building products.
When all three of these factors move in the same direction, waiting rarely saves money.
That doesn't mean you should rush into a project. It means having a plan is more important than trying to time the market.
Whether you're thinking about a bathroom remodel, kitchen update, custom millwork, flooring, or a full home renovation, we'd be happy to help you understand your options and budget.
