🔥 From fire-damaged and partially gutted… to THIS! 🏠✨

Another full renovation is officially complete!

When we started, this home had suffered a fire and was already partially gutted, giving us quite the blank slate. We changed the kitchen layout, added a 4th bedroom, converted the 1.5 bathrooms into two full bathrooms, replaced the roof, HVAC, and remodeled the entire home from top to bottom.

Behind the finishes was a ton of work, too — this one required a complete electrical rewire and full re-plumb, which meant permits and inspections throughout the entire process.

Unfortunately, waiting on the county made this project take quite a bit longer than anticipated, but the finished product was absolutely worth the wait! 😍

From a fire-damaged shell to a completely renovated home ready for its next chapter. ❤️

Another one DONE! 🔨🏡✨

This one was a HEAVY cosmetic renovation, and the transformation is pretty incredible.

We gave this home a complete refresh from top to bottom, including:

🏠 New roof
🪟 New windows
❄️ New HVAC system
🛁 Bathroom torn out and completely updated
🍳 Full kitchen renovation
🌿 Major landscaping cleanup
🛠️ Old shed removed from the backyard
🎨 Plus extensive cosmetic updates throughout the entire home

And when we say the kitchen needed some love… we mean it. 😂 When we started, the “kitchen” was essentially 2x4s with a sink sitting on top. Now it’s a completely finished, functional kitchen and probably one of our favorite transformations in this house.

The landscaping had also become extremely overgrown, so getting everything cleaned up and removing the old shed made a huge difference outside too.

It’s always fun seeing a house that looked tired and neglected get brought back to life. Another renovation in the books for Herbst Renovations, LLC! 🔨🏡

On to the next one! 💪

Another renovation COMPLETE! 🏡🔨
This one got a whole lot more than just a facelift. The original layout was small, awkward, and just didn’t make much sense — you couldn’t even access the bathroom without going through a bedroom. So we moved some things around and made the space actually WORK.
We reconfigured the layout, added closets to two of the bedrooms, and redesigned the kitchen, including relocating the refrigerator. That little move turned into a not-so-little job — we had to cut and remove a good portion of the slab to reroute plumbing, and ultimately completed a full re-plumb of the home.
We also installed a new roof and new windows, completely removed the old front porch, added granite countertops, updated everything throughout, and tackled some HEAVY landscaping outside.
Basically… we touched just about every inch of this one. 😂
The difference between the before and afters is CRAZY. Another one brought back to life by Herbst Renovations! 🔨🏡

Another one brought back to life! 🏚➡️🏡

This home needed a lot of love, but the transformation speaks for itself. Projects like this are why we love what we do!

Some of the major updates included: • Massive cosmetic renovations throughout the home • New windows • Repaired a caved-in section of the roof • Converted an extra room into a true bedroom, adding both function and value • Complete front and backyard overhaul • Restored and refinished the original hardwood floors wherever they could be saved • Completely remodeled both bathrooms, including a custom tile shower surround in the primary bathroom, a new shower in the second bathroom, and a more functional layout

Every home has potential—it just takes the right vision and a lot of hard work to bring it back to life. We're proud to give another property a fresh start and can't wait for its next chapter.

Swipe through to see the transformation! 👏

Some projects require more than paint and flooring—they require a complete transformation!

When we first walked this property, it had major foundation issues, outdated systems, and an interior that had reached the end of its life. What started as a challenge quickly became an opportunity to completely reimagine the home from the ground up.

✔️ Major foundation repairs
✔️ Full gut job and interior renovation
✔️ Brand new windows
✔️ New HVAC system
✔️ Custom cabinets throughout
✔️ New flooring
✔️ New decks and outdoor living space
✔️ Added a 4th bedroom to increase functionality and value

Every room was touched. Every system was updated. Every detail was carefully rebuilt to create a home that is stronger, more efficient, and better suited for modern living.
The before and after photos tell the story better than words ever could. What was once a distressed property is now a beautiful, functional home ready for its next chapter.

This is why we love what we do—seeing potential where others see problems and bringing homes back to life.

This property will be listed for sale soon ❤️

From neglected and pieced together… to fully reimagined.

This property needed everything:

Overgrown yard cleanup
Flea infestation
Structural repair to a failing detached shop
Removal of a poorly done garage conversion
Full interior gut

We brought it back to life with a higher-end renovation:

Restored 2-car garage
Custom-built kitchen with quartz countertops
Soft-close cabinets + new appliances
Custom tile shower, tub surround, and backsplash

And I’ll say it… I’ve never been big on gold fixtures, but this one might’ve changed my mind a little 😅

These are the projects that take vision — and deliver real value.

Absolutely gorgeous home coming to market soon ❤️

It’s always hard to remember what some of these houses looked like before they got the makeover of a lifetime!

This one had some serious foundation issues that weren’t super obvious in photos, but inside the house it showed everywhere — extreme uneven floors and major cracking along the walls and ceilings throughout. And if you’ve ever done structural repairs, you know the process usually makes things look worse before they get better… but it’s always worth it in the end.

Along the way we completely reworked the kitchen layout to make it far more functional, doubled the size of the bathroom, and focused on making the whole space feel warmer and more “homey.”

What do ya think?
