This picture is a perfect example of why you should seal your concrete. When water penetrates concrete surfaces and freezes, the concrete becomes weaker causing the surface to spall. Salt in ice melter is another major source of surface spalling. Sealing your concrete will create a water and salt barrier, protecting your investment. Feel free to reach me through call/text with any questions!

🚨Why you should get your concrete sealed🚨

Concrete is a porous material that easily absorbs water. (see left picture) This water absorption can weaken your concrete and cause the surface to flake off. After we apply the sealer to your concrete, water will bead up and run off instead of penetrating (see right picture) In turn helping extend the life of your concrete. It's always cheaper to prevent damage rather than repair it! Feel free to reach out by call or text with any questions!
