They called the renovation specialists for this doozy oven apartment. Previous tenants were rightfully evicted for completely trashing this apartment. This is going to be a full gut. Tons of holes in the walls, that is ni****ne Brown (Walls are supposed to be white). holes in the bathroom surround and tub, kitchen cabinets were destroyed, every single door was broken and punched through. don't get me going on the smell, the carpet had soaked up years worth of many of dog p**s and cat p**s as well as their f***l matter. Everything has to go. This one's going to take a minute but stay tuned, I know it'll be impressive when we're done!

in the demo phase of this 130-year-old farmhouse and I came across this miracle whip jar in the Attic... they say it affects the memory, but somebody left a very seedy and stemy half ounce of some Mexican brick w**d. I find all kinds of stuff in these remodels, but this is a first for finding drugs.

currently working on Three, over hundred year old houses in different stages of Remodel. Lathe and Plaster walls make you really appreciate newer construction... but also the amount of effort and craftsmanship our forefathers had makes me tired thinking about it.
