This cupola had old, deteriorating siding along with some structural issues. We repaired the structure, installed new siding, added a weather vane, and gave it a new paint job. 🔨

We recently did work on this old carriage house and turned it into a 3 car garage. You can check out the first photo and the stair photo for an example of how much the building had fallen in one direction due to the sills rotting away. The sills were nonexistent, and it was 15 inches out of level from front to back. We replaced all the sills and rebuilt the entire floor due to rot underneath it. The new floor is now solid and strong enough to hold vehicles. There's still more work to do as this will eventually have living quarters on the second floor and garage doors, but it’s standing on its own again.

We just wrapped up a great project restoring the character and structure of this old barn. We removed a poorly built addition, repaired the original back wall, and installed a new back sill. The walls were framed and boarded, and we repaired a center post that had been cut and left unsupported for years. The owner will be finishing the siding themselves to complete the exterior.

🚧 Quick Job, Solid Results! 🛠️

We recently tackled a small but important repair for one of our local barns. A rotten sill was compromising the structure, so we got in, replaced it, and put everything back together with fresh siding to match. Clean, strong, and built to last. đź’Ş
