SML Landscape Designs | Smith Mountain Lake, VA

SML Landscape Designs is seeking an experienced, dependable Landscape Foreman to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead a crew effectively, and is looking for a long-term career with opportunities for growth.

REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience leading a landscape crew
• Ability to read and follow landscape plans and layouts
• Knowledge of proper plant installation and spacing techniques
• Ability to identify common trees, shrubs, and ornamental plants
• Experience installing mulch, decorative stone, and landscape rock
• Understanding of proper bed preparation, grading, and drainage
• Ability to safely operate common landscape equipment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Dependable, professional, and quality-oriented

• Must maintain a reliable schedule and consistent attendance
• Personal matters and home affairs should be managed in a way that does not interfere with work responsibilities or team dynamics

Check out these before and afters! The guys did a great job on this landscape renovation for the front of this customer’s house. We added some new heavy duty edging around the front beds, some new steps with some vaneer stone, and some decorative boulders. To finish it off they added some new plantings that will brighten this space up and really bring it to life.

The guys worked hard the last two days to get this property graded properly and added some decorative stone to mitigate the mud and splash up along the foundation. We also added some new drainage components to make sure to mitigate washouts and erosion issues moving forward. They pulled two long days to make sure this was taken care of so we can keep moving along our schedule!

We are a growing service-based company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations.
