About the Role:
We are a growing service-based company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations. This position is ideal for someone with bookkeeping experience who enjoys staying organized, handling administrative tasks, and supporting a fast-paced office environment.
This role will play a key part in keeping our financial records accurate and helping maintain smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Enter and record transactions (checks, expenses, deposits)
* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks or similar software)
* Organize and maintain digital and physical records
* Upload receipts, invoices, and documents
* Assist with payroll preparation (timecard collection, basic review)
* Monitor emails and assist with client/vendor communication
* Support hiring/admin tasks (Indeed messages, onboarding paperwork)
* Help maintain organization across office systems (Jobber, internal tracking tools)

Qualifications:
* Experience with bookkeeping or accounting (required)
* Familiarity with QuickBooks (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and organization skills
* Ability to work independently and follow systems
* Comfortable with computers, email, and basic office software
* Reliable, consistent, and willing to learn

* 15–25 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
* $15–$20/hour based on experience
