Removed existing deck footings and installed new precast concrete piers for a new deck foundation.
During excavation, we found existing drainage lines directly in the way of the new pier layout. We rerouted and repiped the system with proper pitch to keep water flowing away from the structure.

Garage slab completed!

This slab was poured and finished with durability in mind, followed by proper saw cuts to help control cracking and keep it looking sharp long-term.
