Found the outdoor condensing unit had settled and was sinking out of level, causing stress on the compressor and refrigerant lines. Removed the unit and re-leveled the area using topsoil and stone for a stable foundation. Reinstalled and leveled the condenser, ensuring proper support and operation.

🔥 Furnace Not Starting? Try This First! 🔥
Before calling for service, a few simple things can stop a furnace from turning on:
✅ Check or replace your furnace filter – dirty filters can shut the system down
🔋 Replace thermostat batteries – low batteries = no heat call
🌬️ High-efficiency furnaces:
• Check the intake & exhaust pipes outside
• Make sure they’re not blocked by snow or ice
🔥 Check the gas meter outside – the regulator vent screen can freeze in extreme cold
🔌 Reset the furnace – turn the furnace switch OFF for 30 seconds, then back ON
If it still won’t start, it’s best to have a professional take a look to keep things safe and warm.
