We loved building this!

Truss day 🔨

There’s just something different about watching a home get built from the ground up, one piece at a time, made specifically for the people who will call it home 🏡 ♥️

There’s something special about this stage of a build. What started as conversations, ideas and plans on paper is becoming a place a family will call home.

We’re grateful for the trust our clients place in us to build something that will be part of their lives for years to come. It’s a responsibility we don’t take lightly, and we’re proud to see this one taking shape.

More to come from this beautiful build. 🤍

We’ve been a little quiet around here… but for good reason! We’ve been busy building homes and adding one more little member to the crew! 💕

Happy Father’s Day from Rival Homes!

Today we’re celebrating the father-and-son team at the heart of our company.

Working alongside your dad every day is a gift not many people get to experience. Chase has spent most of his life working alongside Greg, learning the construction industry from the ground up.

Greg’s decades of experience, craftsmanship, and attention to detail have helped shape not only the homes we build, but the values our company stands for. Chase’s leadership, vision, and dedication continue that legacy for the next generation.

Together, they remind us that the strongest foundations aren’t just poured in concrete—they’re built through relationships, mentorship, and family.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandpas, and father figures who teach, lead, and inspire. We’re especially grateful for the example these two set every day. ❤️🏠

Something to keep in mind when building your custom home: hot water hook ups in your garage!

Great for washing cars, bathing pets and cleaning muddy boots orrrrrr those spring days when your kids want to do some water play with some WARM water!

We love the Great River Autism Connection and are so happy to support such a wonderful group for our community!

We are so excited for our Annual Autism Acceptance and Awareness Walk & Event on April 18th from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM at Upper Moorman Park in Quincy, IL!
This event—and all of the GOOD our group does within our local autism community—would not be possible without amazing donors like Rival Homes LLC. We are incredibly thankful for your generosity and support!
