As a business owner, there’s nothing better than receiving a message from a customer after your crew finishes a job saying:

“Please tell your guys they did an awesome job. Everyone who works here was extremely impressed with their work.”

I met the crew on the job yesterday, painted out the boundaries, and they handled everything else. I couldn’t be prouder of our guys and the quality of work they consistently deliver. They represented Real Seal LLC well!

Big day in Huntsville! Even on a Saturday, these guys can’t be stopped! The Real Seal crew knocked out 600 tons of asphalt binder today at the new Montview Elementary School. Another parking lot brought back to life! 💪

This past weekend, the Real Seal LLC crew completed a full crack fill, sealcoat, and restriping project at REHAU in Cullman, Alabama.

We also added several new crosswalks and stop bars to help improve employee safety while walking from the parking areas to the building.

Our process included:
• Cleaning and preparing all existing cracks
• Filling cracks with hot-applied rubberized crack sealant
• Trimming and edging the entire parking lot
• Applying two coats of commercial-grade sealer with our pressurized spray units
• Laying out and applying fresh white striping, crosswalks, stop bars, and stenciling

Around the loading dock areas, our good friend Brandon Harbison with Sani Cans came in and pressure washed the concrete to get it properly cleaned and ready for paint. Once cleaned, our crew applied a fresh coat of safety yellow paint and renumbered all of the dock door areas.

A lot of work goes into properly restoring and protecting a commercial parking lot, but the finished product makes a huge difference—not only in appearance, but also in safety, organization, and pavement longevity.

We’ve had a couple of setbacks on this driveway project, but it’s finally starting to take shape!

The afternoon rain has absolutely killed our progress lately, but we’re continuing to push forward every chance the weather gives us.

✅ All ribbon curb is complete
✅ All headwalls are finished
➡️ Next up: Core drilling for all of the lighting along the edges of the driveway

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but it’s exciting to see everything starting to come together. Stay tuned for the finished product!

The new Cullman C-Store / Mama’s Country Cooking on the south end of Cullman is making outstanding progress, and we’re excited to see this project continue to come together.

A huge thank you to Brothers Concrete Supply and ProWorx for being exceptional partners throughout this project. Together, they have supplied all of the base stone, concrete, wire mesh, and expansion joint material needed to keep the job moving. Their customer service has been second to none.

One call to Stacey at Brothers Concrete Supply and the stone and concrete are taken care of. One call to JC at ProWorx and the remaining materials are delivered quickly, helping us stay productive and on schedule.

This project has presented its share of challenges. After another contractor left the job midway through construction, our team had to correct subgrade issues, reset storm drainage, and adjust inlet box elevations before moving forward. Despite those obstacles, we’re proud of the progress being made and the quality of the finished product that’s taking shape.

We’re grateful to work alongside dependable suppliers who understand the importance of keeping a job moving, and we look forward to partnering with them and the General Contractor on many more projects in the future.

We’re excited to share the progress of a custom driveway project currently under construction in Cullman, Alabama, for one of our valued friends / clients.

This is much more than a driveway—it’s a fully customized design/build project that has been carefully planned to create a truly distinctive entrance. From the initial idea, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to deliver a finished product that is both functional and visually exceptional.

We’re looking forward to bringing this vision to life and can’t wait to share the completed project. We believe the final result will be one of the most unique residential driveways in the area.

Taco Bell we paved in Heflin, AL last week decided they need 3 parking bumpers installed. So, what did we do? We made a special trip for a special customer just to get them set before they open up on Monday.. Congratulations to Tacala Companies for another great looking location.
