Final grading, loam and driveway gravel are done. Cabinets go in tomorrow at the E. Kingston ADU.

Lots going on this week! Sitework is being completed by Mike Holmes and crew at the East Kingston ADU and is ready for paving next week. Finish work and painting are done and flooring is going down inside the unit starting today.

Roofing, partititions, doors/windows all done and rough plumbing today this week at the ADU in Hampton Falls

Out in Newfields I had the help of three guys from Fortin Electric to install conduit for the 500ft run of ditch I dug. Drywall is also 90% hung in the main house and the office is ready for insulation next week.

The ADU is moving right along - water line was ran from house to the unit, drywall and finish work are done, interior painting is finishing tomorrow. The cabinets were delivered today and the driveway was ripoed out to be enlarged and repaved next week. A couple more weeks and this one will be a wrap!

Roofing went down today in Hampton Falls. The carpenters also did most of the interior partitions today.

Helped out the framer laying plywood down on the roof this morning at the ADU in Hampton Falls. I felt bad for him after this weeks weather , he was working alone today when I showed up with 20 more sheets for the roof and his help was a no show. If anyone knows of any carpenters that are looking for a job framing send them my way please

Two truck loads of 5/8" drywall loaded in to Newfields job today. The plumbers took the pressure tests off and put the 5 vent pipes through the roof on the house and office. I then went up on the roof to drill them out and put the pipe flashing boots on . Drywall hanging starts tomorrow on the main house. Garage and gym ceiling will be sprayfoam insulated tomorrow so they can be hung also. Go Go Go!

I worked at the ADU in Hampton Falls today. I helped the framers by controlling the trusses being set by the lull with a rope to help guide and set them this afternoon !
