Before ➝ After | Garage Insulation & Interior Finish – Northwood, NH

We recently wrapped up this garage upgrade in Northwood, transforming the space from exposed framing to a clean, finished interior. Scope included full insulation and interior wall and ceiling finishes, creating a more comfortable, functional, and polished garage.

Siding & Structural Repair Progress – Sunset Lake, Hampstead

This exterior wall on Sunset Lake had significant hidden rot behind the siding. Once opened up, we found extensive damage that required a full reframing to restore the structural integrity of the home.

Our team removed all compromised material, rebuilt the wall properly, and is now bringing the siding repair together with a clean, durable finish. The transformation is already taking shape, and the home is protected for the long term.

Structural Repair & Rebuild Progress – CMV Contracting

We’re making strong progress on this damaged exterior wall. After opening it up, we uncovered significant rot and structural failure between the windows. Our team has been carefully removing all compromised material and reframing the wall to restore proper support and safety.

Next, we’ll be installing three new load‑bearing beams to fully rebuild the structural integrity of this section of the home. Once the framing and structural work are complete, we’ll be residing the entire exterior wall, giving the homeowner a clean, protected, and long‑lasting finish.

This is the kind of behind‑the‑scenes work that prevents future issues and protects your investment for years to come. More updates to come as we move through each phase of the rebuild.
