NOW HIRING – LEAD CARPENTER / EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION WORKER

I am currently looking to hire a lead carpenter or experienced construction worker who can take charge on job sites, help manage day-to-day work, and support the training and oversight of less experienced crew members.

We handle everything from additions and remodels to full new home construction, so there is a wide range of work and opportunity for someone who wants to step into a leadership role and grow with the company.

Must be dependable, hardworking, have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Strong experience is preferred, especially someone comfortable leading a crew or running a job site, but I am also willing to teach and develop the right person who has the right attitude and work ethic.

I am also planning to give a young high school senior a chance to try out and see how he does, so I am really looking for a solid lead guy who can help guide and set the standard on site.

If you don’t know everything, that’s okay—I can teach a lot to the right person who is willing to learn and work hard.

Another roof in the books. 💪🏠

This project was more than just replacing shingles.

We raised one section of the roof to match the existing roofline for a cleaner, more seamless look, installed a new exhaust fan with the necessary drywall work inside, added a new section of gutter, and finished it all off with a complete tear-off and replacement of 45 squares of shingles.

The best part? Our crew completed the tear-off and installation in just 6.5 hours without sacrificing the quality we're known for.
