- 10'x10' Bronze roll door

More than a fresh look—a whole new level of functionality. 👀

This property transformation included several improvements designed to make the space more usable, from improved grading and soil remediation to new concrete areas throughout the property.

Here's what our team completed:
- Clearing & grading

One project. A lot of work behind it. 🏗️

Before the steel went up, we got the site ready with grading and soil remediation, followed by a 4" concrete slab and a new concrete driveway leading directly to the building.

Then came the 36'×45'×12' steel building, finished with:

▪️ Burnished Slate siding & trim
▪️ Black roof with Black roof trim
▪️ Insulated roof & walls
▪️ 36"×80" walk door
▪️ 10'×10' roll door
▪️ 10'×10' garage door frameouts
▪️ Customer-supplied 48"×36" windows installed
▪️ Gutters & downspouts

This 26'×25'×12' steel building was built to be both practical and durable, starting with the site itself. Our team handled the grading before pouring a substantial 6" concrete slab followed by soil remediation.

The finished building features Charcoal horizontal siding, Black trim, and a Galvalume roof, with insulated roof and walls for added comfort.

With a 9'×10' roll door, 36"×80" walk door, and two 3'×3' windows, there’s plenty of access and natural light to make the space functional.

From preparing the site to putting the final pieces in place, this project came together from the ground up. 🔨

🏗️ Making room for what comes next.

This project started with the site—not the steel. Our team stripped the existing rock, graded the area, and shaped the swales to prepare the site for the new building.

Once the concrete work was complete, we re-spread the rock around the finished slab, giving the site a clean, finished look and helping tie everything together.

The project includes a 4" concrete slab, along with a reinforced 5'×15' area of 10" concrete, supporting a new 42'×40'×12' steel building.

The finished building features (3) 10'×10' roll doors, insulated roof and walls, Rustic siding, Ivory trim, and a Galvalume roof. It's also being built to connect to the existing building, creating additional space and a seamless expansion.

From site preparation to the finished structure, every part of the project works together. 🔨
