We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing resin-bound stone systems. This role involves preparing surfaces, mixing and applying materials, finishing to a high standard, and ensuring all installations meet company and manufacturer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and level concrete and base surfaces for resin-bound applications
Mix and apply resin-bound materials
Trowel and finish surfaces to a smooth, high-quality standard
Ensure proper curing and finishing techniques are followed
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Follow safety regulations and job site protocols
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a concrete finisher
Direct experience installing (resin-bound stone systems preferred)
Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques
Ability to read project specifications and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
Valid driver’s license (must)
Preferred Skills
Experience with decorative concrete or resin-bound systems
Ability to operate finishing tools and equipment
Strong work ethic and reliability
