Swapping out some old plant material from frost damage today. Drift roses and natchez multi-trunk crepe myrtles
Drift roses are low-maintenance, disease-resistant groundcover roses, combining the compact size of miniatures with the toughness of full-size shrub roses. They bloom continuously from spring to frost in various colors, typically reaching 1.5β2 feet high and spreading up to 3 feet. Ideal for sunny spots, they are hardy in USDA Zones 4β11.
The Natchez Crape Myrtles are fast-growing, deciduous ornamental tree prized for its massive, pure white summer blooms, exfoliating cinnamon-colored bark, and fiery red-orange fall foliage. It typically reaches 20β30 feet in height and 15β20 feet in width, making it an excellent specimen tree, privacy screen, or street tree in USDA Zones 7-10.
