Snow is melting, stone is being put up, shake is being added to the gables! Inside the furnace is keeping the house warm, the drywall is being mudded and taped this week, and paint colors are being chosen!

Happy Sunday! As we head into Monday, work on this Valpo build moves right along! Siding is almost wrapped up, stone on the front should begin this week! Drywall is hung and with nipsco headed in this week, tapers will be headed over too, to wrap up the drywall job. Monday the front porch gets poured, the rest of the back fill be trucked in, gutters should be installed soon… then we move on to exciting stuff! Floors, paint, cabinets and more! Stay tuned!

Not a ton of pictures to post, but tons of work has been going on!! Plumbing is roughed in, HVAC is almost done, and electrical is about to begin! Roof is completely finished, windows are being installed, porch and garage floors are to be poured in the next few days, and some of the finishes are being ordered! Things are coming along nicely 🤗
Also, we got a sign to put out front!! It’s amazing!!

Roof is officially framed!! Roofers scheduled, hvac and plumbing on the way!
