Some of our commercial partners include Elkhorn Public Schools, McDonald's restaurants, Raising Cane's Restaurants, Holiday Inn hotels, Hampton Inn Hotels, Homewood Suites hotels, Gordmans, Uline, Fresh Thyme and many more.

We strive and continue to provide the best customer service in the industry. By continuing education, licensing and training, our staff is capable of handling all of your outdoor needs. Our clients rave about our services which is why we have been voted Best of Omaha. Innovation and technology processes are of high priority in our growth to better serve our clients and continue to make Elkhorn Lawn Care a leader in the grounds maintenance industry. Elkhorn Lawn Care has been providing yearly entrepreneurial scholarships since 2009 to both Elkhorn High School seniors pursuing business or starting their own businesses. Irrigation Service Technician / Service Technician Trainee
$18–$30 per hour (based on experience) • Year-Round Work • Outdoor

We’re hiring 2–3 technicians.
This is a hands-on, outdoor role for someone who likes staying busy, solving problems, and working with people.

You’ll be trained to our standards, then trusted to work independently in the field. We move with purpose, help each other out, and get the job done without unnecessary drama.

What You’ll Do
Service and troubleshoot irrigation systems
Work outdoors in all seasons (including some muddy days)
Follow clear instructions, then think for yourself
Communicate with customers and earn their trust
Show up every day and be someone the team can count on

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You
Like hands-on, physical work
Pay attention to details without getting stuck overthinking
Learn quickly and take ownership of your work
Know when to ask for help instead of guessing
Are reliable — attendance is non-negotiable
Can be direct, friendly, or patient depending on the situation

Experience
No experience required for trainee candidates — we train the right people
Irrigation install or service experience is a strong plus
If you understand how irrigation systems are built, we can move you into service and train you our way.
