What not to do... we ran into buried trees and trash on this job where the septic was suppose to go. Thankfully we had enough room to move the drain field to a different location. This could have turned into a engineered system if the lot was smaller and didn't have enough room for a conventional system. Be aware of what the people you hire propose to do and don't let this happen or it could cost you a lot of money.
