Before and after of Another HUGE transformation! It started as a DIY project by the owners and then they realized they needed a little help. Complete gut and remodel of this bathroom, This 60s house was framed with 2x2 studs and had 2-3 layers of drywall along with a layer of tile! 🤯

Framing inspection passed ✔️
Some people say blocking between joist isn’t necessary but it is key component to creating a strong, structurally sound deck and for being code compliant. Short cuts to save money now will cost you twice as much later. This deck will be there sturdy as ever for years to come!
