Finished up this QuietCool CL-3100 RF install today, and I was extremely impressed with how much air this thing moves.

With the garage windows open, you could immediately feel it pulling fresh air through the space. Even with the garage door closed, it was pulling cool air from inside the home into the garage while also helping exhaust heat from the attic.

Definitely a great option for anyone looking to make their garage more comfortable while also helping reduce attic temperatures.

Pretty sure I’ll be putting one of these in my own carport soon!

We’re installing this QuietCool whole-house fan in a customer’s garage tomorrow. It’ll pull cooler, fresh outside air through the garage while exhausting the hot air into the attic, helping cool the garage and push that trapped attic heat out at the same time.

A simple way to make both spaces a whole lot more comfortable without running the AC nonstop. Give this post some lovin’s if you’d like to see photos and video tomorrow after installation.

Another clean Mitsubishi install for Trailblaze Construction

They built this garage/outdoor hangout space a while back, and we came in to make it comfortable year-round. With a new Mitsubishi mini-split, those 90–100° summer days won’t keep anyone from enjoying the space.

Clean install, efficient comfort, and a great addition to an already awesome setup.

Wrapping up the rough-in on this new construction project out in Cross Hill!

We’ve got two zones upstairs and one in the basement. Space was definitely tight in a few spots, but we made it all fit and everything came together great.

A little planning and a lot of careful fitting goes a long way. Ready to see this one finished up!
