This Independence Day, we recognize 250 years of American independence.
It is a time to reflect on the freedoms we value, the communities that support us, and the responsibility we share to care for one another.
Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Independence Day.
Our offices will be closed on Friday, July 3rd, in observance of the holiday. Normal operations will resume on Monday, July 6, 2026.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Greenwich, NY – May 27, 2026 – A fatal incident occurred this morning at The Fort Miller Co. plant in Greenwich, New York, at approximately 9:00 a.m. The incident took place while an employee was working on production equipment at the facility’s concrete batch plant.
Emergency response protocols were immediately initiated. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has been notified, and a formal investigation is currently underway to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Out of respect for the individual and their family, the employee’s name is being withheld pending notification of all next of kin.
The company is cooperating fully with authorities and is focused on supporting those affected during this difficult time.

A message from our parent company...
2025 was an outstanding year for Fort Miller Group. Last January, we proudly became 100% associate-owned, a milestone that strengthens our commitment to the Fort Miller legacy—providing jobs, opportunity, and recognition right here in Washington County.
What began 77 years ago in the hamlet of Fort Miller with just 7 associates has grown into something extraordinary:
