I have customers who prefer me to replace their filters every 6 months which I’m fine with and grateful for 😊 for those who don’t want that recurring visit, here’s a video demonstration of doing just that

Be careful where you stick your fingers! Lifted up this well pump cover and saw the biggest black widow I’ve ever seen!

Small leaks can lead to big problems if they’re ignored.

The longer a leak is left unattended, the more expensive the repair often becomes. Catching these issues early can save hundreds—or even thousands—of dollars in water damage and unnecessary repairs.

If you’ve noticed a drip, don’t wait for it to become a bigger problem. A quick inspection today can prevent a costly repair tomorrow.

How much does your family spend on bottled water every year?

For many households, it’s $500–$1,000+ annually, depending on how much bottled water they buy. Instead of throwing that money away year after year, consider investing in a long-term solution.

A Halo whole-house water filtration system provides cleaner, better-tasting water from every faucet in your home while helping reduce chlorine, sediment, and other contaminants.

Pair it with a reverse osmosis system under your kitchen sink, and you’ll have premium drinking water on demand—without the hassle of buying, storing, or carrying cases of bottled water.

Benefits include:
• Great-tasting drinking water
• Cleaner water for cooking
• Filtered water throughout your entire home
• Less reliance on bottled water
• A long-term investment in your home and family

If you’ve been thinking about improving your home’s water quality, we’d be happy to answer your questions and help you find the right system for your needs.

Don’t wait until your water heater fails to have your plumbing inspected.

This water heater was on the verge of a catastrophic failure. The outer jacket was actually bulging because the inner tank had expanded so much that it was pushing against the outer shell.

Most people don’t realize a standard water heater has two layers:

* The inner steel tank holds the water under pressure.
* The outer metal jacket surrounds the insulation that helps retain heat.

When the inner tank begins to rust, weaken, or fail, it can expand under pressure. Eventually, it starts deforming the outer jacket—as you can see in this photo. By the time that happens, the water heater is well beyond normal wear and could begin leaking or rupture at any time.

A routine plumbing inspection can often catch warning signs before they turn into an emergency, helping you avoid water damage, unexpected downtime, and the stress of replacing a failed water heater at the worst possible time.

If your water heater is 8–12+ years old, making unusual noises, showing signs of rust, or simply hasn’t been inspected in years, it’s worth having it checked.

Alflow Plumbing is here to help keep your plumbing system safe and reliable before small problems become costly ones.

Milwaukee, sponsor us… or Dude Wipes. 😂 (For legal reasons, we do NOT recommend flushing them.)

Pilot light wouldn’t stay lit so this video shows a replacement of a Gas valve and pilot light assembly.
This water heater was in the attic so it made outside temps feel like winter 😅
