Today, we say thank you to the men who keep Commercial Air Condition Service running strong every single day.

Ours is still a proudly male-dominated trade, and we’re not ashamed to say it: the guys who can look at a set of prints, turn a wrench, run perfect duct, pull wire in the rain, and still make it home for supper are a special breed.

The truth is, mechanically gifted, hard-working tradesmen aren’t as common as they used to be… and that makes us even more grateful for the ones we’ve got.

So to every sheet metal mechanic, installer, service tech, controls guy, and project manager who shows up early, works smart, lifts heavy, and leads by example:

🐱 **Hero of the Day Alert!** 🦸‍♂️

Our amazing tech, Justin, was on a routine service call at a local bank yesterday when he heard the tiniest, most pitiful mews echoing from the HVAC ducts. Turns out, a scared little kitten had wandered in and gotten herself stuck—poor thing was trembling and wide-eyed!

With some gentle coaxing, steady hands, and a whole lot of patience, he safely rescued her and reunited her with a team of eager tellers ready to shower her with love. No kittens were harmed in the making of this heart-melter, and the bank's systems are purring along just fine. 😻

Proud to share that Dell Harrison (far right panelist as pictured), director of the controls division at Commercial Air and a Tridium Niagara 4 certified expert, took the stage today as a panelist at the IFMA Upstate SC chapter meeting. He dove into "Next-Gen HVAC: Maintenance, Efficiency, and Automation for Modern Comfort"—timely topics as buildings evolve toward smarter, more sustainable systems.
