Another beautiful custom master closet wrapped up today! 👏

This one combines a clean, classic look with all the storage and functionality you could ask for. From the plenty of drawer storage and dedicated shoe rack to the built-in lighting inside the open hanging sections, every detail was designed to make getting ready a little easier.

We love how this space turned out, and it’s another example of what custom cabinetry can do to transform a home!

This might be one of the biggest projects we’ve ever taken on! 🤯🛏️

When this customer approached us about building an Alaskan King bed, we’ll be honest… we had never even heard of an Alaskan King before! We quickly learned just how massive this project was going to be. The mattress is 9‘ x 9‘!

To put the size into perspective, the headboard is about the size of a dining room table that seats 12 people, and the footboard is comparable to a large desk! The entire bedframe weighs approximately 500 pounds and is built entirely from solid cherry lumber.

A project this size requires more than just oversized pieces of wood. We engineered an entire support structure underneath the bed to properly support the frame and mattress. We also incorporated hidden fasteners throughout to give the finished piece a clean, seamless look without distracting hardware.

This was a true labor of love that pushed us outside our comfort zone and challenged us in all the right ways. We’re incredibly proud of how this one turned out!

At Graham Woodworking, we love taking on unique custom projects and bringing our customers’ ideas to life, even when they’re a little bigger than anything we’ve done before!

We built these custom cabinets featuring reeded fronts paired with solid white oak tops, creating a clean, modern look while still bringing plenty of warmth into the space.

The vertical reeding adds a lot of texture and dimension, while the white oak tops tie everything together with the natural wood tones throughout the room.

From the living room cabinetry to the TV and fireplace area, every piece was custom built to fit the space perfectly.

We recently completed this custom built-in library for a client with a large book collection, giving them a dedicated space to display and organize their books while making the most of every inch of the room.

One of our favorite details on this project is the fluted stiles, which add a subtle architectural detail and give the entire built-in a custom look.

Every piece was designed, built, finished, and installed right here at Graham Woodworking in Simpsonville.

Graham Woodworking is looking for someone reliable and hardworking to join our team part-time, averaging about 2 days per week, assisting me with custom cabinetry installations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys woodworking, working with their hands, and seeing quality projects come together in people’s homes.

What I’m looking for:
• Ability to cut and install molding
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable with caulking and paint touch-ups
• Reliable and dependable
• No weekend work — Monday through Friday only

There is also an opportunity for this position to grow into a full-time role. Full-time responsibilities would include both installation work and assembling custom cabinetry in the shop.

We’re a growing local woodworking business, and I’m looking for someone who wants to grow with us and become an important part of the team.

For the last three months, we’ve been working on something that means a whole lot to me personally, expanding our shop.

When I started Graham Woodworking, I never imagined I’d be standing in a shop like this, surrounded by the tools, materials, projects and people that have become such a huge part of my life.

This expansion has taken a lot of time, commitment and sacrifice not just from me, but from my family and my employees as well. There have been countless evenings, weekends, long days and hours spent working on this space while still keeping up with our customers and the day-to-day demands of the business.

But seeing it finally come together makes every bit of it worth it.

Having this additional space is going to allow us to organize better, build more efficiently, take on larger projects and continue growing Graham Woodworking without sacrificing the quality and craftsmanship that got us here in the first place.

Most importantly, this isn’t just about having a bigger shop. It’s about creating the foundation for the next chapter of this business.

I’m incredibly thankful for my family for supporting the time and energy I’ve poured into this, and for my employees who continue to put in the work alongside me. I don’t take any of it for granted.

Six years into doing this full time, I’m still just as excited about what we’re building as I was when I started.

This is only the beginning.

A home office that combines beautiful design with plenty of storage. 🔨

We recently completed this custom built-in cabinetry, featuring soft blue painted cabinets, a warm oak countertop, and plenty of drawers and enclosed storage to keep everything organized.

The open shelving in the center adds the perfect space for displaying books, decor, or anything else you want close at hand.

Designed to fit the space and built right here in our Simpsonville shop, this office is a great example of what custom cabinetry can do for a home.

A pantry should be more than just a place to store food—it should be designed around how your family actually uses the space.

For this project, we designed and built a completely custom pantry featuring painted cabinetry, adjustable open shelving, a custom pull-out for dog food, and a beautiful white oak countertop that adds warmth to the space.

One of our favorite details is the curved-front upper corner cabinet, which allowed us to maximize storage while giving the cabinetry a softer, more furniture-like feel.

Every detail was designed specifically for this space—from the layout and storage to the curved corner and custom finishes.

We have been working on a home in downtown Greenville that was built in 1908. The home owner wanted to keep most of the work time period specific. This is a section of a 22’ long bookcase that we did in their parlor room. We did multiple new things in this project that I never had the opportunity to do in the past and it came out perfectly. This picture features two of them. The mitered inset push to open doors and the acanthus lining the doorway.

Tomorrow a professional photographer is going into the home to take pictures of all of the work the different crews did throughout the home. We are thrilled to be a piece of this beautiful puzzle and to work with a designer who is top tier.

We recently wrapped up this beautiful custom living room built-in project, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

This space features custom lower cabinets on both sides of the fireplace, warm wood countertops, floating wood shelves, and clean horizontal shiplap to create a functional and timeless focal point for the room. The mix of the painted cabinetry with the natural wood adds warmth while still keeping the space bright and modern.

Every project we build is custom designed and built specifically for our clients and their homes. From maximizing storage to creating a space that feels like it was always meant to be there, we love bringing these ideas to life!
