It’s officially SHOWCASE MONTH!

September is here, and we’re getting so close to opening the doors to two Golden Homes for the Brown County Fall Showcase of Homes!

There’s something about a dark basement bar that just works. 🖤

The black cabinetry gives this space a rich, finished look, while the lighted floating shelves bring in just enough warmth to balance it all out. Add in the black countertop and backsplash, and then that beautiful pendant light tying everything together…simple, moody, and so good.

It’s a great example of how going dark doesn’t have to make a space feel dark. It’s all about finding the right balance.

Building a home comes with a lot of decisions, but you don’t have to figure them all out on your own. 🤍

We’ll help you work through the floor plan and make sure the layout fits the way you want to live. And once the plan is in place, we’re right there with you for the design side too.

Flooring, tile, countertops, paint colors, fixtures… all those choices that take a house from a set of plans to a home that feels like you.

This table might look like a lot of decisions, but to us, this is one of the really fun parts. Seeing all of the pieces come together and knowing exactly where they’re headed.

A little throwback to earlier this summer! ⛳️💛

Matt and I had such a great time at the St. John the Baptist Golf Outing—and of course, we had to grab a picture with the Golden Homes sign at our tee box!

It was a beautiful day spent supporting our local school and community, catching up with familiar faces, and enjoying a little time on the golf course. We’re always grateful to be part of events like this right here in our community!

There’s just something about seeing a home at night. ✨

During the day, the lighting adds character and beauty to each space. But once the sun goes down and those lights take over, the whole house transforms.

The glow from the tray ceiling, the warmth of the pendants, and the chandelier casting light across the room all work together. It gives you a completely different feel for the home and all the details that went into it.

The Westline house is coming together, and it’s getting SO exciting to see! 🙌🏼

The garage doors are on, the exterior stone is complete, and siding is going up now. Every new piece is bringing the exterior closer to the finished look we’ve been envisioning — and it’s turning out beautifully.

And the progress definitely doesn’t stop outside! 👀 Later this week, we’ll be sharing a look inside where just as much has been happening. There are so many details starting to come together, and we can’t wait to show you more!

This home will be featured in the Brown County Showcase of Homes starting September 19th, and there is still SO much excitement to come between now and then.

We talk a lot about finishes, but it’s never just one feature that makes a home stand out.
