We offer a full range of services including preconstruction budgeting, scheduling, value assessments and constructability reviews, final estimating, project management and administration, and project post-construction services. Our diverse project background includes retail, education, government/justice, commercial office/banking, healthcare, light industrial, and recreation. We’re proud to share this Rocky Mountain Recreation video celebrating the grand opening of Joe P. Martinez Park for the City and County of Denver Government.

As the park’s builder, our team at Roche Constructors worked alongside Denver Parks and Recreation, Denver Park Trust, Livable Cities Studio, SYNLawn Colorado, Landscape Structures, and many others to deliver a space that honors Private Joe P. Martinez and welcomes the community to gather, play, and reflect.

From the custom tower that tells his story to the thoughtfully designed recreation areas, this park is a meaningful addition to Denver’s west side. Thank you to our partners and project team for their collaboration in bringing this vision to life on time and on budget.

Greg Lockwood brings more than 30 years of experience to Roche, having first joined the company in 1994 as a project engineer. Since then, he has steadily advanced into his current role, where he plays a key part in guiding project managers and ensuring teams deliver projects on time and on budget.

Over the course of his career at Roche, Greg has contributed to projects totaling over $750 million. His attention to detail, cost control, and schedule management reflect the standards we bring to every build.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys time outdoors with his family. You’ll often find him hiking, camping, skiing, or cheering on Ohio State. Go Buckeyes!

We’re honored to partner with the City of Black Hawk on the new Bates Hill Trailhead, enhancing access between Gregory Street Plaza, Bates Hill Park, and Chase Gulch. Our team will expand the Briggs parking lot, construct a 35-foot steel pedestrian bridge, and build a 93-foot vertical steel staircase with five landings, along with new retaining walls, lighting, signage, and landscaping.

Work begins in early June, with completion scheduled for the end of November, creating a safer, more connected experience for residents and visitors while honoring the city’s historic landscape.
