Founded in Greeley, Colorado, in 1971 by Patrick T. Roche, the company has grown to add regional offices in Las Vegas, Nevada; Westminster, Colorado; and Warsaw, Indiana. In our 50-year history, Roche has established itself as a leader in the construction industry. We offer a full range of services including preconstruction budgeting, scheduling, value assessments and constructability reviews, final estimating, project management and administration, and project post-construction services. Our diverse project background includes retail, education, government/justice, commercial office/banking, healthcare, light industrial, and recreation. Our focus is on establishing and maintaining relationships with clients who require the services of a solid and dependable contracting partner and expect the job to be done right, on time, every time.
